DESCRIPTION

6 v 5 Two lines of 4 columns in the centre two players and a ball another player stands behind the centre players. the two centre players pass the ball back and forth to each other. On the call the player with the ball becomes an attacker. the first line of players join the other centre player and they become defenders. the second line of 5 players join the attacking team. The attacking team has 4 plays to score

COACHING POINTS

With 2 markers and 3 fefenders (two on the long side and one on the short side) the attacking team should always have a 2 V 1 advantage The defensive team must work together all push up and all tie in
