All players line up one side of the grid with 1 player in the grid Aim is for players to reach the other side of the grid without being tackled Player 1 calls a name and that player must attempt to run to the other side without being tackled If they make it to the other side all other players can run to the other side but can still be tackled If someone is tackled they stay inside the grid with any other players who have been tackled They call out names until someone reaches the other side
If you call Bullrush everybody runs Encourage tackles at the legs or waist Players can work in groups by spreading out when running Defenders can work together to get 1 player
