DESCRIPTION

Everyone running at there own time abd comfterblity as its time trail. each player to start on the base line running through to th 20m line and then back to the base line. then through to the 40m line and back to the base line. then last one back through to the 60m line and back to the base line. repeat for 5 sets.

COACHING POINTS

time trial. this is just a testing drill to get a fitness level of the players and will bring the drill back into place a couple of times throug the yr to test the level of fitnes hoping each girls time has improved.
