This is a pairs offense initiated when A1 passes to A3 and elevates to prepare to get the ball back and dodge the ally hard This can also be run opposite with A3 elevating and passing to A1 and getting the ball back for an ally dodge As the dodge starts, A2 and A4 will high low exchange with each other, forcing the first and second slide to change As the dodge starts, A6 and A5 will exchange with each other, forcing the adjacent slide to change A4 will have 3 options: 1) hit A4/A2 on the crease or skip 2) go forward to A5/A6 cutting up/cutting down with his left hand or 3) roll back and pass to A3 to attack the backside if he passes to A1 cutting from X, A1 can then 1) peak at the crease 2) swing it again to A5 and redodge the backside from X 3) skip it up top to A3 for a possible step down or redodge of the left ally If we swing the ball through X to A5, he wants to push the pipe immediately and look for A6 on the right wing step down, A2 on the crease, A3 for a step down, or A4 for a skip step down if none of those looks are open, just pass the ball back around the horn until A3 elevates and plays catch with A4 or vise versa and we begin the offense again
there will be multiple looks open regardless of the option that the ally dodger chooses, be patient and value posession. the ball must move quickly in order to attack the backside effectively, don't let it die in your stick often the A4 and A2 exchange allows for some easy looks to the 2-slide skip pass or the exchange messes up the slide and the crease is wide open dodger must be a goal scorer first, passer second. without a slide drawn the open looks become fewer
