Communication is key Communication is key Communication is key Do not get caught ball watching or it could turn into a transition goal play fast and athletic, we must be strong athletes to make up the space inbetween zones Fast break middy must be slow to slide use your stick in passing lanes to deter passes play body defense to try to pinch a ball carrier between two zones. throwing checks risks giving up position to stay in front of the ball carrier. working as a team you will find the best results. talk it through with your teammates
