
Start at A. Player cradles with ball on her right side. At cone B (corner), player switches and cradles with ball on her left side. At cone C (corner), player switches and cradles with ball on her right side. At cone D (corner), player switches and cradles with ball on her left side.
This drill requires 4 cones. The cones should be between 15-20 yards apart. Next player in line should start when the first player has reached cone B and so on and so forth.
