Community | Picking at the 45

DESCRIPTION

The purpose of a pick is to block the defender of another offensive player. Movement off-ball is important in order to create scoring and passing opportunites. Set up the cones to create a 90 degree angle down the center of the field and toward the sideline so as to remind players to come IN then UP to set the pick. Ball starts at top Wing sets pick on either side by cutting In then moving Up toward defender so that he approaches at a 45 degree angle.
