All lines have balls. Attacker picks up the ball and passes to A2 who passses to A3. On the third pass attacker drives to goal. After the drive is over, the next attacker in line where the driver came from picks up the ball and starts the sequence all over again.
Defense- working on 1v1 defense- relying on footwork and not our stick. Defense- adjust to attackers as the ball is moving around the 8. see ball and man attacker- reading your defenders, taking advantage of what they are giving you. attacker- protecting your stick and moving it around the square.
