Blue Shoot Skate: Player skates around pylon and moves to the high slot. Receives a pass from coach and shoots onthe nets. Once shot taken, skates hard around next pylon and goes behind the net back to the coach spot. Makes the next pass to the teammate and does it again. Red Mind-Field Shot= A: All Players grab a puck from the pile and skates through the pylons, avoiding players and pylons. Once through, they shot on net aiming at the targets and then skate along the blue line back to get another puck.
