Blue: A. Player skates through the cones to next station. D. Player picks up a puck and skates to the net. F. Players shots puck into the net. Note: Coach can be goalie Red: A. Divide group into two teams, start to skate on command, race around cone to next station. D. Grab loose puck and skate towards the nets. F. Player shots in the net and goes to tag next player in line. First team to go through line-up and everyone scores wins.
