
F1 starts with a shot then curls into corner to pick up a puck. Meanwhile F2 comes from the half boards around the bottom of circle and recieves a pass from F1. As F2 gets the puck F3 curls by the blue line and heads up the boards and recieves a pass from F2 then goes to the other end and takes a shot and continues pattern. F1 goes to F2 line F2 goes to F3 line.
Timing is very important so recievers are not to far ahead of passers.
