Two forwards on the offside dots, defence in the slot. Coach calls the side for breakout, defence grabs the puck and skates around the pylon. Forwards come down and curl the side called for breakout. Forwards skate as a 2:1. Passing, watching for offsides, and rebound.
Coach may do the defensive on the 2:1 to pressue the 'stronger' skater from carrying the puck all the way in and having to pass off and get the rebound. Get them thinking pass sometimes.
