DESCRIPTION

Cones are placed 5 metres distance bewteen each colour running upwards and 10 between the two same colour cones. yellow, green, orange and red will be the coloured cones for this drill Players line up in between the two yellow cones On the coach's whistle, players start sprinting When the players reach the green cones, they stop, touch the line, then sprint back to the yellow cones, stop and touch the ground Immediately they sprint to the orange cones, stopping and touching the ground in line with the cones, and then sprint back to the yellow cones. Immediately they sprint to the red cones, stopping and touching the ground in line with the red cones, and then sprint back to the yellow cones. repeat 5 times
