Michael Davidson Coach, Australia

DESCRIPTION

The playing are is set up with starting cones (white cones); relative to the amount of players; you have; in a line as shown in the diagram. Another set of cones (labelled 1) is set up ~5 metre from the starting cones also in a line to match the starting cones. Set another set of cones (labelled 2) a further 5 metres from the yellow cones. Do the same for the Final set of cones. Every single cone except for the starting cones will have a tennis ball or similar next to it. Each player lines up at a different starting cone looking at the 3 cones. Coach calls ready, set, go and all players must run and grab the ball at the first set of cones and return it to their starting cone. Repeat this for the balls located at cones 2 and 3 before returning to the start to complete a round. Adaptation: This game can also be done in teams of 2, where you only use 2 lines of cones and each player from their team must complete the sprint and grab for all 3 balls before tagging the next player in their team to complete the same. Do this until every team member has completed their round and that team wins.
