The pro agility test is a test of agility, the ability to stop, start and change direction of the body or body parts rapidly and in a controlled manner. Set Up: Set up three cones with 5 yards (4.6m) apart. You will need a stopwatch and something to record data upon.
Procedure: The participant straddles the centre line in a 3 point position (one hand, and two feet touching the line). On the starters call the participant sprints 5 yards towards the left, making foot contact with the line. The participant then sprints 10 yards towards the right line making foot contact with the line. The participant then sprint 5 yards, back towards the starting line, completing the test. The best of two trials is recorded.
