Full back starts in the box. The coach delivers a cross into the box, which the full back must clear away from the goal by either using the foot or head. Once the ball is cleared the full back must close the other participant down who has the ball from shooting at goal or attempting to get past the full back and the full back must force the player to retreat. Progression- Have an opponent in the box with the full back as a barrier but also pushing the full back by making it more difficult to clear the ball away/Have a two on one situation when the ball is cleared from the penalty box. Regression- Only clear the ball away when its delivered in the penalty box/Prevent the cross coming in by closing down coach.
