
The session will start with five attackers and one defender, There will be 2 attackers behind the defender on the right and the same on the left, There will also be one in front with a ball. The defender will face the person infront of them and wait for them to attempt to pass the ball to one of the attacking teams behind them. Once the player with the ball has played the ball the defender will have to cover the two defenders who they think its going to and stop the ball.
Making sure the defender is light on thier feet. Making sure they get their body infront of the defenders they want to block the ball form. The coach can stop the drill and explain to anyone who is strggling how they can improve or make it easier for themselves
