
GAME RULES The cool dance is a nice cool down that involves doing drills and skills, such as skipping, running, stretching. this can be different from other drills as it is all done in slow motion rather than full speed. you can listen to any music and do it for as long as needed so make sure everyone is cool and stretched, to prevent injury. TEACHING CONSIDERATIONS - what parts of your body need to be stretched - making sure girls are doing the stretches properly, to prevent injury - hold a certain stretch for 10-15 seconds for maximum results - you could say ` have you done this stretch` to help the kids expand the type of drills RULES - Continue to do all the drill until the leader (the person In-charge) says your finished. between 5-10 minutes POINTERS - which feet to lead off - what hands to use when running and where - help them complete certain stretches properly - done slowly and properly to minimise accidents
