Thorough warmup before starting an intense pre-season session.

COACHING POINTS

- start off slow and build up intensity to get the blood flowing to all the muscles - add any other exercises to warm up different muscle groups - keep moving throughout the session walking back to the starting point each time. The players should start the next activity without any wait. - if players end up waiting then create another line
