Coaching Points
1 Step up
On the seats, step up using Left leg, and lift Left arm in the air, while bringing Right knee up, step down, repeat opposite leg. Repeat x10, then in pairs situps by linking legs together x10
2 skipping
with a skipping rope skip using both feet.
3 Hurdles
Make sure the players take off from both feet, with their knees in front, their chest up, and eyes forward.
Burpees are to be done by jumping their legs back and extending right back into plank position, then jumping them back into crouched position, before jumping into the air and actually leaving the ground.
4 Cutting exercising
Worker runs right or left to cone then at cone digs outside leg in and turns changing direction sharply to take a pass in front on the feeder.
5 Guantlet
one player is to run from one cone to the next and back while avoiding the players in the middle who can only go side to side to stop their forward movement. change when you get back with each player.
6 Chase the Ball
2 players stand side by side and one person rolls the ball away from them and then both players run to get the ball. first to the ball wins.
