DESCRIPTION

Rules

  • Individual or group excersise.
  • Single or multiple laps.
  • Pacesetter can be used.
  • Jog from starting point down one side of the pitch, then past the centre circle to the opposing side of the pitch then bacl down the opposing side and back past the centre circle to the starting point.
