Players must line up on the try line. On the callers "call", the team must SPRINT to the selected line of cones. Players must sprint past the cones and then jog back to the try line, resetting themselves.
Coach- Make them perform (in no particular order)
- 6 x Red cones and back ( 30 seconds rest after set completion)
- 6 x Blue cones and back (35 seconds rest after set completion)
- 6 x white cones and back (180 second rest)
