At drill A you will start on thite cone and you will run to the yellow cone and you will make a tackle on the tackle bags, then at drill B you will rung in and out of the cones with fast feet making sure not to hit the cones, then at drill C you will prepare to catch the ball, once the ball has been caught you will then run 40 meters as fast as you can with the ball, then at drill D you will complete 10 passes, 5 passes on both your left and right side making sure the passes are quick percise and on target
At drill A you will need to be fast and swift, and will need to create a good amount of power to put a good hit on the tackle bag, at drill B you need to be fast on your feet and need to be able to change direction at pace, at drill C you need to be prepared to catch the ball by preparing your hands by having them out and ready to catch, once caught you should put the ball in a safe spot to be able to sprint across the field, at drill D you need to have your feet ready, have five points of contact on the ball, good technique to make to ball easy to catch
