DESCRIPTION

Practice holding the ball, throwing from hand to hand, figure 8's round the legs, round the body etc

'Wrestle Ball', face partner, hold ball in right hand only, partner attempts to take the ball using right hand only, focus on grip. Change hands. Make a competition of this, eg winners against winners till one champion.

6 O'Clock pass, see video. Point the front tip of the ball straight down to the 6 o'clock position, and using high elbows pass backwards/sideways directly to partner. Be sure to follow through.
