Three on hit shields or tackle bags - one shield will line up against player 1, the other shield will be in zone 2, lined up for player 2 and 3rd shield will be in zone 3 line up for player 3.
Three player on the line, run up to line, Player 1 hits the shield/bag and other two stay up in line until player 1 releases, retreat to Zone two - and run up to line, Player 2 hits shield/bag and other two outside stay up in line, retreat to Zone 3, run up to line and Player 3 hits shield/bag while inside two stay up in line, retreat back to Zone 3 line, and Player 3 hits shield/bag again with inside players staying in line, retreat to Zone 2 and player 2 hits shield/bag, retreat back to Zone 1 where player 1 hits shield/bag while outside two stay up in line.
This can be repeated with different movements for the inside/outside players (ones that aren't tackling bag) etc - take a left knee down, right knee on the way back.
Tackle bags will be good for this drill, to help us practice getting up off the ground - maybe two tackle bags and one hit shield.
