This is netball rugby, this game is to improve your kicking and catching.
. you start with a toss up to start
. the player that catches the ball starts with the ball and they have to get the ball to the player over the tri line
. you are not allowed to enter the tri area
. the only person allowed in the tri area is your full back
. you are allowed to kick on 5th only
. interceptions are allowed but they have to be successful, if you drop it its a knock on and turn over
. you are allowed one defender to defend your opponents from scoring
. mark up with one player
