DESCRIPTION

  • Have players get into 2 even teams
  • 1 team has the ball and have to tag the other team with that ball inside the grid
  • Team with ball cannot move while holding the ball but can pass to other players on the same team
  • Team without the ball must run around and not get tagged by the ball, also must stay inside the grid or your out

COACHING POINTS

  • Passes must be proper rugby league passes
  • Players with ball must talk to each other
  • Fast passes is the key
  • Hands up ready
