Run Sccop and Roll drill. 2 markets are to be placed directly vertical from each other and 40 meters apart. This drill requires players to run to 10 metres without the ball their respective first marker. Approaching the first marker players should be ready to scoop the ball which is placed next o their first marker and run to the second marker. After the player running the ball places reaches the second marker he/she needs to simulate getting "tocuched" in a game of touch football. After the player has player the ball he/she must run to the player on the last marker and tag them. Onced taged the next player repeats this same process excpet going the opposite direction.
Making sure players run with speed and hold the ball properly when they ruck with the ball.
