Divide players into 2 lines, spread out 10m apart.
Number off players: 1-6.
Call out 3 numbers at a time (e.g. 1,2,3) and make the attacking (blue) and defending (red) numbers run around their allocated cones at the end of the line.
Attacking team must take a ball and with 3 rucks, try and score a try.
