DESCRIPTION

This drill can be used as a warm-up.

Since it is continuous, it is also a fitness drill.

COACHING POINTS

for attacking team:

  • quick passes
  • hands up to catch
  • aim at gaps
  • return quickly to set up for next play

For defending team:

  • mark up man-on-man
  • move up smartly in a line
  • return quickly to set up for defence
  • canot begin moving up until all defenders reach start line, so get back quickly
