Offence (blue) line up with yellow cones. Defense (red) line up on red cones (1 each). Defense can only move horizontly in line with their cone. Offense have to try and work their way past each cone without getting tackled.
Stay calm, swap up tactics each time.
Example. go past one defender by running straight past and next time pass to teammate
