DESCRIPTION

  • Two teams
  • Each player is assigned a number (1-X number of players)
  • The players assigned that number from each team go out and fight for the GB that the coach has rolled out
  • Whoever picks it up is on offense, other team is on defense
  • If offense scores, team gets 1 point, if defense gets a turnover and clears out of the box, team gets 2 points 

COACHING POINTS

  • Good form on ground balls
  • Communication off ball
  • Teamwork
  • Shooting
