The aim of this game is to keep possession of the ball and outwit the opponents.
Players should be split into 2 teams of 3. One team starts with the ball and the opposing team starts with 2 players (one player stands to the side for now). The team with the ball needs to maintain possession by finding space in the given area. If possession is lost, the other team get the ball and the teams swop roles (the team now in possession gain a player and the newly opposing team lose one).
Progressions:
1. Carry/ hold the ball for 4 seconds
2. Shrink the playing area
3. Introduce defensive checks
4. Introduce a goal
1. Correct cradle action
2. Stick protection and body positioning
3. Change of direction
4. Accurate passing to make an easy catch
