1)Trap/ Short Wedge: Squat On- Jump up to the OCTOPUS on top of the trap
2) Squeakers: 2 Feet Jumps- Jump on the squeakers like a DOLPHIN jumping in the air
3) Springboard/ Blue Hoop: Arm Circles- Do arm circles like a SURFER on a wave and jump into the hoop (WATER)
4) SPOTTING STATION: Red Blocks/ Wedge: Plyos- Jump up and down on the red blocks, then forward roll like a SLIPPERY FISH down the wedge
5) Hopscotch Rug/ Small Fish: Jump from 2 Feet to 1 Foot- Jump on the hopscotch squares and carry the FISH
