The apparatus lesson usually comes towards the end of the term.
The coach will set up all the apparatus equipment and set different stations.
Each player will spend 3-5 minutes on each station (depending how long each lesson is.
Once they have had a turn of one station they will move to the next station.
This will be done until each player has had at least one turn of each station.
