Tuck roll - gain/ keep momentum, keep knees together, toes pointed
Begin by keeping momentum, rolling back and forth continuously on your back. Backs need to bend to allow the rocking to continue, to keep the consistency keep feet off the floor. Can you give your partner a score out of 10 for how tidy their body position is? As a group, discuss why we gave them these scores. Who can do more rocks without their feet touching the floor?
Progress by getting the children to try and stand up after 3 rocks, try and stand up on their own, try to stand up on your own. To make it easier, use partner for assistance.
