DESCRIPTION

  • pike stretch - reach up and touch toes, keeping legs in pike shape
  • straddle stretch - reach up and touch one leg, (repeat with the other leg), reach up and touch the middle
  • butterfly stretch - put feet together, try to get your knees to touch the floor
  • quads stretch - stand up on one leg. bend leg so foot is against bottom

Give yourself a shake, high 5 the person next to you and see you next session.

  • Get one of them to lead the stretching session each week - makes them do it properly and realise the importance of stretching
