DESCRIPTION

  • Get them to sit on the floor with their legs out straight, placing their hands below their knees - this is a pike shape
  • Demonstrate on bed
  • Get them to do 3 bounces, pike jump
  • Repeat 3 times
  • When watching them, make sure they lift their legs up high enough (45 degree angle) and look forward - stops them from falling forwards
