The number game - run around - shout a number - they have to get into groups with that amount - eg if you shout 2, they have to get into pairs
Once they have played this for a few rounds, end on 2 so they are in pairs - now they have to create 2 separate lines - each person facing eachother at either sides of the room
They then have to perform different moves to the other person, high 5 them and run back -
1. Run
2. Jump
3. Side steps
4. Tip toes
5. Heel raises
6. Forward rolls
- depending on age of the group, can just get them to run around and then go straight into the drill
- dependent on their ability, can alter the drills in the lines to suit their needs
