DESCRIPTION

Tested Station: Bear Crawl on P-Bars

  • Crawls forward on P-Bars on hands and feet
  • Coordinates hands and feet on bars
  • Able to walk across P-Bars without falling off

1) SPOTTED STATION: Blue Bar/ Stairs/ Wedge: Front Support- Climb the stairs, hang onto bar and push up to front support; slide down the wedge (CHUTE)

2) High Bar/ Trap: Chin Up- Hang onto bar, climb your feet up the trap to a chin up by the LADDER; swing legs through, climb over & off the trap

Wings West: High Bar/ Wedge: Chin Up- Hang onto bar, climb your feet up to the wedge to a chin up by the LADDER; climb up & over the wedge

3) Slide: Slide down- Walk up the steps and slide down the CHUTE

Wings West: Big Wedge: Slide down- Slide down the wedge (CHUTE); you may need to push yourself with your hands

4) P- Bars/ Dots: Bear Crawl- Climb over the GAME BOARD and up the LADDER

5) Rings/ Spinner: Tuck Hang- Do a tuck hang over the GAME SPINNER
