DESCRIPTION

Testing Station: Front Support

  • Holds body above the bar with strong, straight arms
  • Keeps legs together and body tight
  • Can hold for 3 seconds

1) SPOTTING STATION: Blue Bar/ Wedge: Front Support- Hold your belly to the bar with strong arms in a front support by LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD

2) High Bar: Sloth Hang- Hang onto the bar with a reverse grip & climb feet up the side of the bar; wrap feet around the bar; pretend you are climbing up the BEANSTALK

3) Hopscotch Rug/ Candy/ Bins: Hopscotch Jumps- Jump with 1 and 2 feet down the hopscotch rug and carry the CANDY to the GINGERBREAD HOUSE

4) P-Bars/ Bumpy Dots: Bear Crawl- Crawl over the mushrooms to the TROLLS

5) Rings/ Hoop/ Pit Cube: Tuck Swing- Swing over the hoop and drop the pit cube (BRICK) on top of the BIG BAD WOLF
