DESCRIPTION

Tested Station: Leap over French Fry

  • Stand in a lunge in front of French fry
  • Leap over French fry with legs in a split position
  • Land on one leg
  • Should begin and end on different feet

1) SPOTTED STATION: Hoops/ French fry : Leap- Lunge with one foot in hoop and leap over French fry like a RABBIT and land in other hoop (Coach will help kids with lunge and landing)

2) Red Block: Donkey Kick- Place hands on red block & jump up feet in a hee haw like a REINDEER

3) Hoop: Tuck Jump- Do a tuck jump in the hoop like a SNOW FOX jumping in the woods (make sure they bring knees up to belly)

4) Tunnel/ Snowballs: Crawl- Crawl through the tunnel with a snowball like a POLAR BEAR

5) Yoga Mat: Table- Make a table on the BEAR mat
