For this drill the shuttel will be hit by partner or coach in the green area randomly.the shuttels will be mainly hit towads the athelets backhand this wil be to insure that the athelte is confortable with the backhand smash 

COACHING POINTS

  • shuttel can be hitt any where in the green area. 
  • should be unexpected.
