Hi Ryan, there's no one size fits all session for a team.

Could you provide us with some more information about your team? i.e. How old are they, have they got any previous experience of playing hockey, is there an area of their game which needs particular attention?

well they dont really know anything about the game there between 14-16 they dont really have any skills
