I need some advice, to lead with mind pressure of the opponent in a tuff game, the most important things are confidence and work hard?
Always try to imitate the match when training. Put pressure on your players when doing a drill. Use pressure measures as of time - space - number of passes - competitive things etc to make your players aware that the things they do may have consequences (good or bad). If they miss a chance of scoring all the players get `punishment` (push ups or something)
