components of the plan
I want to know precisely the components of the plan for season
First set the targets for your session: What do you want to improve? One for each half hour of the session.
Pinpoint two coaching points for every target.
1. Start with a general warming-up : perhaps you ac include some coaching point in here already. (10 min)
2. Players may want to stretch then.
3. Then add a match like game to involve all the players an intensify the physical performance with it.
4. If you start with a defending series of drills then it is not necessary to warm up the goalkeeper. Make series of drills for defending preferably scaling up difficulty gradually.
5. Warm up the goalkeeper. You may want to add some extra things for the players: simple technical movers or tactical moves
6. Make series of drills for attacking preferably scaling up difficulty gradually.
7. The next part can be the fast break with some drills.
8. Always finish with an exciting handballmatch or a match like game.
Hope you may find it helpful.
Good luck!
