Hi Sari,

Its important to make sure your players are switched on before training or a match. Therefore we suggest building up the intensity within the warm-up. Here`s a good drill to use to get your players switched on mentally and physically straight away.

I agree with Matt.
You should always have REAL warming-up drills at the beginning of your sessions. You tell them what to do, like in real drills, not let them just run up and down the pitch to get warmed up. If done without care then there will be only warm up of speaking muscles.
Try to vary your warming-up every session, as this is an extra task for them to pay attention. Always use a ball during warming-up holding or dribbling or passing with it. There are over 30 warming-up drills in the database!
