One player stands at the top of the triangle, this player is the feeder. They stand in front of the three other players who are stood in a line.
The feeder throws a simple overarm to each player. When the ball is passed to them players should advance to meet the pass and then return it to the feeder.
Use a variety of passes to return the ball back to the feeder:
Push pass, bounce pass, with both hands, roll the ball, use 'wrong' hand etc.
If you want to warm your players' minds up as well get the feeder to call the number of the player they are going to pass to just before they throw the ball. To keep players on their toes they can look the wrong way as they call the player's number.
1 player is a defender who tries to disturb and intercept the balls.
