Handball Drill Demonstration
Players work in groups of three with one ball per group.
The worker (player 2) passes the ball to the feeder (player 1) and then follows their pass, looping behind the feeder.
Once they are behind the feeder they then call for the return pass which they then offload to the next player in line.
Drill continues in this way.
Players should be encouraged to mix thing up in this warm up exercise and build up to full match passing and receiving pace, as well as using different types of passes (see below).
