Fast Throw-off After Conceding a Goal

Catch your opponents out, make the most of your throw-offs, and quickly get back into the game after conceding!

OFTEN USED WITH...

Around and on Goal!:

Blue players must dribble up the pitch and around the cone before then turning sharply.

Once they have turned they must then take on the defender with a feint or a dummy before finally throwing a shot at the goal.

3x 15 metres

goal keeper : power exercises

B1 and B2 throw at the goal.
Goal keeper gets the ball and passes to B3 or B4.

Pass goal keeper : as fast as possible out of one step.

From back to Front!:

Two attacking players stand on either side of the goal area line and take it in turns to have gentle shots on goal (making it easy for the keeper to gather the ball).

Once the keeper has stopped the shot they should pass the ball up the centre of the court into the path of the red player in front of them.

Red players should aim to receive the ball on the move and then sprint forwards, dribbling the ballÂ with them, to the cone on the Centre line.
